The StartingBloc Fellowship begins with the Institute for Social Innovation. The Institute is a five-day transformative experience during which young leaders learn to increase their impact, exponentially. Institute curriculum includes a survey of social innovation, an innovative case-study competition and sessions with industry leaders.

Swapnil Chaturvedi is the Founder & CEO of San + Co , which provides sustainable sanitation solutions and clean off-grid electricity to urban slum dwellers in India. He was recently named a 2011 KIN Global Scholar, a semi-finalist in the Rice Business Plan Competition, and a speaker at the Ideas to Impact conference. San + Co is now being incubated at the HUB.
